Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Processing includes preparing, packing, and handing off your order to USPS.
• Shipping time begins once USPS receives the package — it’s separate from processing time.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes
• We offer flat-rate domestic shipping via USPS Ground Advantage.
• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after the package leaves our facility.
• Delivery times are not guaranteed — they may vary based on location or USPS delays.
• Possible delays can occur due to weather, high postal volume, or other factors beyond our control.
• If your package is significantly delayed, we can help by starting a USPS investigation.
Order Tracking
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking info will be sent once your order ships.
• You can track your package via the USPS website or app.
• For detailed tracking updates, we recommend reaching out to USPS directly with your tracking number.
• We’re happy to help too — just note USPS will have the most up-to-date delivery info once the order is in their hands.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• Once a package leaves our facility, USPS is responsible for delivery.
• If your order is lost, marked as delivered but missing, or delayed, we’ll do our best to assist.
• We can help initiate a USPS investigation, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
• We recommend using a secure delivery address (e.g., mailbox, workplace, parcel box) to prevent theft or delivery issues.
• Unfortunately, we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after they’ve been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information
• Please double-check your address at checkout — including apartment/unit numbers and ZIP codes.
• We ship to the exact address provided, and are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect details.
• If your package is returned because of an address error, you’ll be responsible for the reshipping costs.
• If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us right away so we can try to fix it before shipping.

International Shipping
• We currently only ship within the U.S.
• We’re working hard to offer international shipping in the near future — stay tuned!

Undeliverable Packages
• If USPS returns a package to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we’ll notify you as soon as we receive it.
• We can reship it to a corrected address once you cover the additional shipping cost.
• Prefer not to reship? We can issue a refund for the items once the package is back in our hands (shipping fees are non-refundable).
